My wallet address is recognized as invalid

Changelly supports most wallets. If your wallet address is recognized as invalid, it is usually for one of the following reasons:

You confused currency tickers (e.g. Dash (DASH) and Dashcoin (DSH). Note that DSH is no longer supported). Make sure you’ve selected a correct currency ticker.
When upgraded, some currency configs may change. It may influence wallet addresses and you need to upgrade your wallet to get a new address.

There was a typo or character missing in the address you provided. Make sure that the address you specify matches the actual address of your wallet.
