Apparently, your operation could be declined by the row of factors. Here we will have a brief look for the most common issues that could be faced by dealing CC payments.


  • The transaction was declined by your bank. In this case, please contact your bank customer service for more information.
  • The transaction was declined by credit card specialist. In order to find out the specific reason, you should contact the support of the CC provider.
  • The transaction was declined due to noncompliance with the requirements from CC provider. As was mentioned above, the best way to sort the things out is contacting CC provider support team.
  • The transaction was declined for a lack of support for 3D verification (verification by phone number).


Unfortunately, also some countries could not be supported by some of our CC providers.
